1. Don't neglect your physical health. Our busy lives as men sometimes
pushes us to compromise in ways that are not very healthy for us.
Dealing with too much stress, unhealthy diets and being overworked can
contribute to a serious deterioration in sexual lifestyle.
2. A psychologically healthy male is a very happy man. It is commonly
misunderstood that a person's psyche is directly connected with
physical health. Having a peace of mind is one of the biggest
motivating factors that keep us going as humans. When we think clearly
we act clearly on any task that we are faced with, good or bad.
3. We are social creatures that must have interaction with other social
beings in order to maintain our sanity. Being alone and closed up
mentally, emotionally and spiritually causes a great many problems for
both men and women. To be whole and feel whole we must be a part of the
world as a whole. Taking part in the movement and interaction of our
world is of extreme importance to us all.
